Based on Scotch Whisky Based on Tequila Based on vodka Based on gin Nonalcoholic drinks


Based on Scotch Whisky.


Name: Affinity
Ingredients: 1,5 ounces Scotch
1 ounce Dry vermouth
1 ounce Sweet vermouth
2 dashes Orange bitters
What to do.... In a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes, combine all of the ingredients. Stir well. Strain into a cocktail glass.


Name: Black Jack
Ingredients: 1,5 ounces scotch
0,5 ounce Lemon juice
1 ounce Kahlua
0,5 ounce Cointreau or Triple sec
What to do.... In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine all of the ingredients. Shake well. Strain into a cocktail glass.


Name: Black Jack
Ingredients: 1,5 ounces scotch
0,5 ounce Lemon juice
1 ounce Kahlua
0,5 ounce Cointreau or Triple sec
What to do.... In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine all of the ingredients. Shake well. Strain into a cocktail glass.


Name: Dry Rob Roy
Ingredients: 2,5 ounces Scotch
1 Lemon twist
1,5 teaspoons Dry vermouth
What to do.... In a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes, combine the scotch and the vermouth. Stir well. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with the lemon twist.


Name: The Godfather
Ingredients: 1,5 ounces Scotch
0,5 ounce Amaretto
What to do.... Pour both the ingredients into an old-fashioned glass almost filled with ice cubes. Stir well.


Name: Piper at arms
Ingredients: 1,5 ounces Scotch
1 Lemon twist
1 ounce Dry vermouth
What to do.... In a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes, combine the scotch and the vermouth. Stir well. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with the lemon twist.

Based on Rum.


Name: Banana Rum Cream
Ingredients: 1,5 ounces Dark rum
1 ounce Light cream
0,5 ounce Crème des Bananes
What to do.... In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine all of the ingredients. Shake well. Strain into a cocktail glass.


Name: Black devil
Ingredients: 2 ounces Light rum
1 Pitted black olive
0,5 ounce Dry vermouth
What to do.... In a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes, combine the rum and the vermouth. Stir well. Strain into a cocktail glass. Stir well. Garnish with the olive.


Name: Burnt embers
Ingredients: 1,5 ounces Anejo rum
1 ounce pineapple juice
0,5 ounce Apricot brandy
What to do.... In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine all of the ingredients. Shake well. Strain into a cocktail glass.


Name: Communicator
Ingredients: 1,5 ounces Dark rum
2 teaspoons Dark crème de Cacao
0,5 ounce galliano
What to do.... Pour all the ingredients into an old-fashioned glass almost filled with ice cubes. Stir well.


Name: Cherried Cream Rum
Ingredients: 1,5 ounces Light rum
0,5 ounce Light cream
0,5 ounce Cherry brandy
What to do.... In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine all of the ingredients. Shake well. Strain into a cocktail glass.

Based on Tequila.


Name: Scottie was beamed up.
Ingredients: 2 ounces Tequila
0,5 ounce Galliano
What to do.... In a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes, combine the tequila and the Galliano. Stir well. Strain into a cocktail glass.


Name: Shady lady
Ingredients: 1,5 ounces Tequila
5 ounces Grapefruit juice
0,5 ounce Melon liqueur
What to do.... Pour all the ingredients into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes. Stir well.


Name: MARGARITA
Ingredients: 2 teaspoons coarse salt
0,5 ounce Triple sec
1 Lime wedge
1,5 ounces Lime juice
2 ounces Tequila
What to do.... Place the salt in a saucer. Rub the rim of a cocktail glass with the lime wedge and dip the glass into the salt to coat the rim thoroughly; Reserve the lime wedge. In a shaker half-filled with ice cube, combine the tequila, Triple sec and the limejuice. Shake well. Strain into the cocktail glass. Garnish with the reserved lime wedge.


Name: Mexicana
Ingredients: 2 ounces Tequila
1 ounce Pineapple juice
0,5 ounce Lemon juice
1 teaspoon Grenadine
What to do.... In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine all of the ingredients. Shake well. Strain into a cocktail glass.


Name: TEQUILA SUNRISE
Ingredients: 1,5 ounces Tequila
2 teaspoons Grenadine
4 ounces Orange juice
What to do.... Pour the tequila and orange juice into a Collins glass almost filled with ice cubes. Stir well. Drop the grenadine into the center of the glass.

Name: Black eye
Ingredients: 1,5 ounces Vodka
0,5 ounce Blackberry brandy
What to do.... In a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes, combine both of the ingredients. Stir well. Strain into a cocktail glass.


Name: BLACK RUSSIAN
Ingredients: 1,5 ounces Vodka
0,5 ounce Kahlua
What to do.... Pour both of the ingredients into an old-fashioned glass almost filled with ice cubes. Stir well.


Name: Bluebeard
Ingredients: 1,5 ounces Vodka
0,5 ounce Blueberry brandy
What to do.... In a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes, combine both of the ingredients. Stir well. Strain into a cocktail glass.


Name: Czarina
Ingredients: 1 ounce Vodka
0,5 ounce Apricot brandy
0,5 ounce Dry vermouth
1 dash Bitters
What to do.... In a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes, combine all of the ingredients. Stir well. Strain into a cocktail glass.


Name: Fire and Ice
Ingredients: 1,5 ounces pepper vodka
1 teaspoon Dry vermouth
What to do.... In a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes, combine both of the ingredients. Stir well. Strain into a cocktail glass.

Based on gin.


Name: Ruby in the rough
Ingredients: 1,5 ounces Gin
1 teaspoon Sweet vermouth
0,5 ounce Cherry brandy
What to do.... In a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes, combine all of the ingredients. Stir well. Strain into a cocktail glass.


Name: Saketini
Ingredients: 2,5 ounces Gin (or vodka)
1 cocktail olive
1,5 teaspoon Sake
What to do.... In a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes, combine the Gin (or vodka) with the sake. Stir well. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with the olive.


Name: Silver bullet
Ingredients: 2,5 ounces Gin
1 lemon twist
1,5 teaspoon Scotch
What to do.... In a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes, combine the Gin and scotch. Stir well. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with the lemon twist.


Name: Union Jack
Ingredients: 1,5 ounces Gin
1 teaspoon Grenadine
0,5 ounce Sloe gin
What to do.... In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine all of the ingredients. Shake well. Strain into a cocktail glass.


Name: Pink gin
Ingredients: 3 dashes Bitters
2 ounces Gin (pref., Plymouth)
What to do.... Pour the bitters into a wineglass. Swirl the glass to coat the inside with the bitters; shake out the excess. Pour the gin into the glass. Do NOT add ice.

Nonalcoholic drinks.


Name: Atomic cat
Ingredients: 4 ounces Orange juice
4 ounces Tonic water
What to do.... Pour both ingredients into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes. Stir well.


Name: Batman's drink
Ingredients: 6 ounces Orange juice
0,5 teaspoon Grenadine
1 Orange slice
What to do.... Pour the juice and the grenadine into a Collins glass almost filled with ice cubes. Stir well. Garnish with the orange slice.


Name: Coconapple
Ingredients: 4 ounces Pineapple juice
1 ounce Coconut cream
1 cup Crushed ice
What to do.... In a blender, combine all of the ingredients. Blend well. Pour into a Collins glass.


Name: Peachy hanes
Ingredients: 2 ounces Peach nectar
6 ounces chilled Ginger beer
What to do.... Place the peach nectar in the bottom of a beer mug. Slowly stir in the ginger beer.


Name: Yellowjacket
Ingredients: 2 ounces Pineapple juice
2 ounces Orange juice
1,5 ounces Lemon juice
What to do.... In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine all of the ingredients. Shake well. Strain into an old fashioned glass almost filled with ice.


So, these are just a few of my favorite cocktails and
longdrinks. Believe me, because of my work I had to try them
