Michel Montignac

The Frenchman Michel Montignac holds a degree in political science and has worked at the personnel department of the US farmaceutical company Abbott's Paris office. He has developed his method while working there. He presently works full time at improving and promoting his method, writing cook books, and developing and merchandising related product lines.
